"I have used Ocean many times for food delivery, we have had one quite a few occasions late or missing food but has always been rectified and the food always tasty. Tonight I have just had enough... my baby is weeks old and I...just wanted a delivery without any fuss or stress! I ordered: Chips large Mixed kebab meat and chips with chilli sauce. Mini fish Chicken balti pie Cheese and onion pasty Bottle of coke I didn’t receive any chips, the mixed meat was in a Naan with BBQ sauce, no fish. I rang continually for minutes with no answer. I will definitely not be using them again! Hungry, Hormonal and miffed off "

"Ordered food for ASAP delivery, after waiting for over two hours I called the restaurant and told them to cancel the order. Delivery arrived around 2 hours 15 minutes after I ordered but refused the delivery. The quality of food has always been good but I won’t be using Blue Elephant again, there’s dozens of other restaurants in and around Wellington. Service: Delivery Service: 1"

"Absolutely disgusting customer service avoid at all cost. They miss items off your order and when you ring up you just get hostile people, one of the team members shout in the background tell him to F off. The manager makes no apology for this and says it’s not my fault your in a bad mood and puts the phone down. Don’t deserve customers."

"The Codfather 's been our 'local ' chippie for the last year (been through a couple of nearer ones but just not reliable enough, so the extra mile drive is worth it). It 's a necessarily unhealthy treat maybe once every month or so. It will be better in the summer when you 've got the weather to suit sitting by Horsehay Pool but for now happy to bring the chips home. Always decent portions and always nicely prepared I 'm old fashioned enough to stick with the idea that you only buy when the shop is busy so the chips are piping hot and fresh. Friendly service and the pre order option has really helped in the lock down."
