The truck was at the Paramus Food Truck Festival over the weekend. Hubby's cousin is a picky eater, but he loved the Brisket Sandwich. Which says a lot : I got the Corn Bread and Carolina Bowl. I loved the Carolina Bowl, meaty, and the slaw was delicious, and I'm not a slaw person. My order was to go, so I ate it later and it was delicious. This was some of the worst bbq I've ever had. I'm just being honest. I dont get any of the good reviews, which is why I went in the first place. Mac and cheese was cold, ribs had no meat and all (ribs, brisket, pork) were dried out. The general cho chicken was just quickly sauced tenders.
