The truck was at the Paramus Food Truck Festival over the weekend. Hubby's cousin is a picky eater, but he loved the Brisket Sandwich. Which says a lot : I got the Corn Bread and Carolina Bowl. I loved the Carolina Bowl, meaty, and the slaw was delicious, and I'm not a slaw person. My order was to go, so I ate it later and it was delicious. What Cor van Leeuwen doesn't like about Kimchi Smoke Bbq Shack:
This was some of the worst bbq I've ever had. I'm just being honest. I dont get any of the good reviews, which is why I went in the first place. Mac and cheese was cold, ribs had no meat and all (ribs, brisket, pork) were dried out. The general cho chicken was just quickly sauced tenders. I give em credit for getting all the awards and business but I wouldn't go back unless it was free. Service: Take out View all feedback.
