I'm Spanish and when I go to a Spanish restaurant I expect to eat decently cooked Spanish food. It is an insult to Spanish cuisine to go to La Bodega Española and have to eat badly cooked microwave food. You never ever ever heat croquetas in the microwave, as they become soggy and rancid.
