"This was hands down by far the best meal we had during our time in Zurich. We spent the weekend with friends and locals and came for dinner here on Saturday night. We were warmly welcomed by the owner and the staff and felt looked...after from the very first second. The menu is seasonal and filled with local produce which speaks for its quality and freshness. Amongst the of us we indulged in fabulous beef tartar (which was incredible and way better than the one we had the night before at Loft tender wild boar, the mussels, the vegetarian risotto and vegan butternut squash. Being out with a mix of carnivores and vegans can be tricky these days but this restaurant truly caters well to both tastes and maintains the same quality and care in each and every dish they bring to the table. Everything is prepared fresh and with an eye for detail. With the owner being a sommelier himself we left the wine selection to him which turned out to be the perfect pairing for our meal. We finished off with a true swiss classic chestnut Vermicelle and also tried an amazing unalcoholic Seedlip Gin Tonic. Wirtschaft zur Au still manages to maintain incredible value for money with its portions not only delicious but also very generous. It is a restaurant which is perfect for a dinner with good friends, a romantic date or a business lunch as the beautiful interior and atmosphere invites for great conversation. Needless to say that we will be back on our next trip and cannot wait to see what will be on the menu"

"After all this years (I was here more or less once a year over the last 6 years) it still highly recommendable: top choices and excellently prepared food (e.g. sepia or gambas for starters; filetto di manzo as main course), great service personnel. Prices are...reasonable, but on the higher end. Reservations recommended."

"Die von uns verkosteten Tapas wurden (fast) vor unseren Augen frisch zubereiteten. Wir hatten was vom Tintenfisch, Kabeljau, Crevetten, dazu Kartoffeln und spanische Wurstspezialitäten. Das feine Olivenbrot und der spanische Wein rundeten die ausgezeichneten Tapas ab. Das Lokal ist wirklich zu empfehlen!"

"My family of six wandered along the street near our hotel at about 8 pm looking for a restaurant. We were tired and hungry when we saw Iberico and the menu looked interesting. When we entered, the woman in charge asked the man in charge (it turns out that a husband and wife run this place) if they could seat us and he agreed. Two of us ordered the Paella and one ordered the special chicken dish so we knew we would have a wait. In the meantime the service was attentive and very friendly. The meals were all delicious and well worth the wait. This is a small restaurant and all the tables were full after we were seated. The other patrons appeared to be locals. This was not an inexpensive meal but it was so delicious, relaxing, and fun that it was very well worth the price."

"It is so hard to find a beautiful place in zürich that does not require a reservation, or to wait in a waiting queue for an hour. grain is just a few minutes from the city centre on the 5/6 tram, right next to the church...Fluntern stop. my wife and I thought after visiting the zoos for an excellent Sunday brunch and stayed at the end to try the dinner menu! the food is excellent, and there are 6x rotating guests beer on hahn, in addition to a many number of craft beer in bottle and doses from all over the world. grain is a hidden gem with a spacious restaurant, beautiful outside terrace and lots of space. there is even a bowling alley in the cellar! top tipp: ask for daves homemade Haveero sauce with the breakfast burrito! it is really delicious and spicy and if they like hot sauce, everything from the menu will increase to the next level!"
