Seems to be part of the nice hotel we stayed in but the waitress was appallingly rude and obnoxious to both us and another couple. In both cases she brought the wrong coffees. In my case she refused to change it and my German wasn't up to arguing. The other couple faced her down but she stormed off having argued with them. Totally unacceptable. View all feedback.
