Milestones Grill + Bar - Cambridge

Haven't been to this location for over 6 monthsNice to be back.

Something has changed for the better! Service was amazing and it was super busy.

I stopped in last Saturday at around 2:00 pm for lunch with my 3 grandchildren. I stopped at milestones because in my experience the food is reasonably good quality, and although not fast food, they are pretty quick. However, this was not the case at this Milestones. We sat for over an hour before our food came. I can be pretty spacious about such things if there appears to be a good reason like a full restaurant. However, that was not the case. There could not have been more than 5 tables in the whole place. The server that was looking after us had 2 tables for most of the time, and 3 including us for a short period of time. Despite the fact of the obscene delay in getting our food, there was no explanation, no apology, and in the end, she got the order messed up besides. I would usually complain, but I did not since we were on a time line, there was nothing that could be done by time the food came. On a brighter side, once the food did come, it was the usual Milestones quality-- not fabulous, but good decent food at a fair price. I will not likely come back to this particular Milestones.

Been to this restaurant many times. First few times we had ok service but recently we had badservice and no consistency of food.. not coming back again!

My husband and I paid a visit to milestones on Saturday July 8th for his birthday. We ordered the spinach and artichoke dip to start. It was very good. Slightly salt but unfortunately I like it that way. For dinner my husband had the chicken Parmesan and said it was the best chicken Parmesan he's had. The portion size was rather big with two entire pieces of chicken, side roasted veggies and a big pile of garlicky spaghetti. I ordered off the oh Canada menu. I can't remember the name of the dish but it was the steak and mushroom dish with oka cheese from Quebec and a nice gravy on top. Served with potatoes with cheese on top and roasted veggies. The steak was incredibly tender and very delicious. I enjoyed it very much.Service, as always, was great as well. We always enjoy our meals and get great service every time we come. :)
