For our last night in Hobart we decided to try Prossers. The view over the Derwent was nice and food was perfectly good - we had the seafood wrapped in pastry and the beef cheeks. But it seemed quite over-priced, as did the wine, and the atmosphere was lacking. For a Saturday night in the peak holiday season it was surprising to see only a third of the tables occupied.
