read moreProssers in Hobart offers a dining experience with a nice view over the Derwent River. While the food was perfectly good, some found it overpriced and lacking in flavor. The atmosphere was not as lively as expected for a Saturday night in peak holiday season. However, the staff were attentive and the location was lovely. Overall, opinions were mixed, with some enjoying the fresh Tasmanian seafood and others finding the dishes disappointing. Despite some inconsistencies, the restaurant is praised for its attentive service, generous portion sizes, and reasonable prices compared to other establishments in the area.
