Das neue Quai 61 überzeugt durch die neue, schlichte Einrichtung. Das Essen ist hervorragend , der Service war äusserst zuvorkommend, das an einem Samstag Abend Ende Juli. Für diese Lage und das Niveau angemessene Preise. Hervorragende Fleischgerichte und leichte Sommermenüs.Fazit: Der Ort hat den ganzen Mief der Vorgänger, deren Unhöflichkeit, mediokren Service zu frechen Preisen abgelegt. Viel Glück weiterhin! Mit billigen Grundprodukten kann man natürlich kein gutes Essen kochen. Ich verstehe das wirklich nicht. Das Aqua - früher 61 - liegt wunderschön, Parkplätz, alles da. Nur der Service und das Essen sind seit Jahren schlecht. Das aber wenigstens Konstant. Shame on Aqua. View all feedback.
