"My family and I visited Cece's a while ago on and had a pleasant time, finding that the food was pretty good but the service was quite poor. When we were going past again recently, we decided to give it another chance and stop by again. This time we had downloaded the EatClub app earlier that day, and it was just our luck that Cece's was on there! Since we had never used the EatClub app, we called ahead and let the staff know that it was our plan to use this app and they seemed all good with it and booked us a table. When we arrived, we were greeted by a very rude waitress into an empty dining room. She asked to see our EatClub app, to which we showed her and she explained that it hadn't been activated yet. When we told her that we had never used it before and we would activate it now, she became very angry and rude and said that because we hadn't activated it before we walked in the door, we couldn't use it, and to pay full price or leave. We ended up going to a different restaurant around the corner and having a much better experience. I am very disappointed about this interaction, because the food the first time around was good and from the sounds of everyone else's experience, they all enjoy their meals at Cece's as well."

"This was the second time my partner and I came here for dinner Arrived without a booking and the friendly staff girls were more than happy to make a single table for us I usually eat seafood dishes and the soft Shell crab and lobster Choo Chee were definitely a standout for me My partner enjoys the chicken and beef dishes alot aswell Fair priced and very nice dining setting in restaurant. Would definitely recommend."
