"Was keen to try this place out, however I was very disappointed at the customer service. We were told our order will take 25 minutes and we were fine to wait. After 35 minutes we checked in with a staff member and they said they would check our order. However she proceeded to clean tables and ignored our request. Another 5 minutes have past and we went to ask the kitchen staff, they said it’ll be 5 minutes. In total we waited 45 minutes for fish and chips. Ridiculous and the staff members didn’t even apologise. Definitely not coming back here and would not recommend this place at all."

"This place is a little bit of class hidden in Sydenham. It is so consistent. Consistently friendly and accommodating staff who look immaculate in their attire. Consistently amazingly tasty food. They are slightly more pricey than the other Indian restaurants around here, but well worth...it. The quality is amazing. It’s great for a night out with my hubby and daughter (my daughters favourite restaurant). It’s also a special enough place for family birthdays etc."

"Got a few dishes for takeaway on Saturday night. It took over 45 minutes for the food which is understandable as it was a busy night and they were understaffed. However, the food quality and consistency had gone down big time. It almost felt like...it was cooked by amateurs. Tandoori chicken was dry as microwaved and burnt from outside. Chilli chicken was such a disappointment as this was my favourite dish to have here. The sauce was all dark and runny and chicken pieces weren 't marinated. Chicken jhalfarezi was a disaster too. Home cooked chicken pieces shredded pieces of chicken thrown in a sauce with capsicums not simmered. Navratan korma that used to be a nice tasty vego is now just frozen veg in sauce. Veg must be expensive as all there was 70 grams of veg in a saucy container. This restaurant was a joy to eat At now no more ."

"I just had my daughters 21st at the Watergardens Hotel and it was fantastic! ! Its was a beautiful function room, with an a joining heated outside area for any smokers. The food was amazing to the delight of our guests. We experienced wonderful friendly customer service from the staff, to ensure that we had a stress free evening. I cannot compliment the Watergardens Hotel enough for making my daughters 21st a memorable one. Thank you"

"I've stayed here a few times recently so feel I have decent info on how things are at the moment Location is great, overlooking a small lake with a walking track and playground, and across from a shopping centre with pretty much everything you might need. Plenty of free parking inside the building. Accommodation is lovely, clean, comfortable, front desk staff are professional overall, some friendlier than others. All rooms have at least a small balcony. Good amenities inside rooms including tea/coffee, shower products, sewing kid and a vanity kit I like which includes makeup wipes, cotton buds and a nail file. Housekeeping staff are friendly and considerate. The restaurant has nice views of the lake, the food is good, I personally would rather pay a bit less and get a smaller portion, and service is hit and miss. The staff seem pretty good but not trained to follow up once meals are delivered. The bar was unable to make me a dirty martini which was a bit disappointing. Other facilities the gym seems serviceable, the pool is very small for laps but usually I have it to myself which helps, the spa is great. A couple of minor issues have occurred during stays which staff have been happy to address ASAP."
