"Great food and great locale! There aren't that many tables, which is something that usually bodes well for high-end venues. This one is no different. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. The food is up there with some of the other best restaurants in Zurich and more than deserves its Michelin star (bordering on 2). We had the 5+1 tasting menu and it was a delight from start to finish. Everything was on point from taste to presentation and sizes. The wine pairing is also worth mentioning, very well done. All in all, a very pleasant evening and great value for the money. We will be coming back and recommend anyone try it once."

"I visited yesterday 17/5/2023 for the first time this restaurant as it is very recommended. We were very hungry in the evening and the food was interesting, a nice bratwurst with potato salad, another variety of sausage and of course fries as well, really nice ones though. I must highlight the lovely, friendly and warm attention at the cashier by Mariana a young woman who speaks spanish (it helped us a lot) and the guy by her side with very good english, both with really good vibes. They helped us with the menu and they were a very good team together at that place where they may receive hundreds of people every day. I can imagine that most of the employees are nice, but it is never too much to say these kind of feedbacks as well, not everywhere is like that. If I go back to Zurich I will definitely go back there!"

"An incredible experience from walking in the door to being taken to our seats. Anyah was our waitress, could not have been better, more courteous and lovely. 2/3 of us had surprise vegan dinners which were amazing along with wine. A must do. Easily reminds us of so much we take for granted to be grateful for."

"Considered as the oldest restaurant in zürich. they also suggest an interesting physical challenge. go and see themselves! eating was ok (not really wow,) but the service was really slow, even if everything was preordered."

"I have been many times to George, but the last one was really the best one. We had a very attentive and supportive waiter, that was helpful from picking the meals to calling sommelier or recommending fine liquor after the dinner. I was a bit sceptic when I saw how large are their oysters, as usually the smaller the tastier, but they were just delicious! Further the main dishes of Tuna and Steaks also tasted great and we had a beautiful bottle of wine paired with it. Overall, beautiful hip place, tasty food, great service and cocktails, thank you!"

"We were staying at the Sheraton one block up and walked by Barfly's a couple of times. The name intrigued us so despite the oppressing heat we decided to have a couple of drinks at one of their sidewalk tables. They have a good cocktail list caipirhinas were the drink of choice, which were excellent. For its location and quality drinks the prices were reasonable. Will definitely stop by again."

"Bisher hatte ich hier mehrfach das Takeaway gegessen, und das war, wie halt Takeaway Curries so sind. Gut, aber nicht aussergewöhnlich.Heute haben wir aber das erste Mal à la carte gegessen, und meine Begleitung und ich waren sehr angetan. Das Essen kam schnell und war erkennbar frisch zubereitet. Ich hatte den Mangosalat als Vorspeise und das Mangocurry mit Tofu als Hauptspeise, meine Begleitung hatte die Kokossuppe und ein Curry mit Rind. Alles war sehr fein angerichtet. Der Tofu war von der festeren Sorte, den mag ich lieber. Besonders hat mir gefallen, dass es nicht nur die üblichen Curries gab, sondern auch ganz andere Gerichte.Die Bedienung war ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend - alles prima."
