"Always a warm and sincere reception from the friendly verd i vent team. the sweet in suppe and salad were super fresh and crisp. the salat dressing is a great balance of senf and sweet. the lamb is fabulous, two in ours. party chose it and it was superb as always. after several visits I finally managed to drive away from my normal choice of lamb, instead of opting for the duck that was perfectly cooked and well accompanied with red fruits. well cooked and presented with creamy potato and carrots. recommended first time visitors allow 3 hours to fully appreciate the great meal. is revised in short."

"Ncredible experience: affordable, beautiful settings, delicious and authentic food, excellent service. we understood by many expat friends who had moved locally that tony canto was an unmistakable feature of the region. we went there with a dedicated carnivore and looked for a restaurant that made excellent meat. it exceeded all expectations. the personal was friendly and real. eating was exceptional: fresh, authentic, varied, well presented. the service was unbelievable: our table included among other things between a vegetarian, someone on a diet, a dedicated carnivore and a child that none of them speak Spanish. Nevertheless, all special orders were intelligently proposed and served as agreed. a great experience. we loved it!"

"We ate here with a couple of friends who live in Javea. They declared that they had never had a more unusual dining experience in their 10 years in Spain. I was introduced to the restaurant by the local tourist information who declared it as somewhere which did 'local ' cuisine. Boy; it does not get any more rustic or local than this. We arrived early for lunch and thought it quiet but it soon filled with plenty of locals (a good sign). Menu? Nope. This is not a problem as the restaurant will just feed you what is good and it wont be expensive and you will leave replete. In some ways this reminded us of a very similar experience on Mallorca. I like this kind of thing. Its very 'off piste ' and totally unique and the 'Gin trolley ' simply has to be experienced!"
