"This is a pleasant place in a character building. The standard of food is high, but its not for the Fussy-Esser. There is very little easy cooking, so if there are burgers and chips that you are looking for do not disturb. Portions are also small. However, the taste is excellent and the presentation is beautiful. Service is good without being intrusive. It's not cheap, you could say on the pricy side. Overall it is worth a visit. Recommended."

"Disgusted this is the 3rd takeaway we 've had from here, the first I did not enjoy but my family did, the 2nd was a disaster we all hated it they got the order wrong and all but the rice, the meal went in the bin I was so angry that I complained to the manager and said I would never eat from there again, however my husband without my knowledge the following day accepted a reduction on his next order. Unfortunately months later he decided to use it this evening without my knowledge he asked what we wanted and thinking it was our normal I gave him the family usual choices, however when it arrived it was evident it was not our normal but still not knowing it was from Thai Pan the Rising Sun I gave it a go, the meal was quite frankly inedible, the coconut rice was stodgy and tasteless, the salt and pepper squid was so over cooked you could not chew it, the Pad Thai was all congeiled together and rubbery and tasteless the red Thai curry was tasteless and overly coconuty the duck what ever it was was greasy and gluppey the satay was hard and stringy and the chicken wings I could not describe. The upshot was most of the food went in the bin again and I ended up cooking after an exceptionally long and arduous day, I hate waste and we rarely have a takeaway so I was angry only then did my husband confess where it came from, so no we will never ever order from there again they are expensive and provide substandard food."
