"Had a wonderful Sunday lunch here for my girlfriend's birthday! They brought us over prosecco to start but we don't drink so they happily exchanged it for 2 soft drinks so quickly.We had an amazing couple of starters to begin with the antipasti board and the ginger beer halloumi fries which were great. Onto mains we both opted for the pork roast and weren't disappointed! So much variety of veg and beautifully cooked roast potatoes, the whole meal was just amazing.We both had to have dessert at this point so went for the passionfruit martini Eton mess and white kit kat cheesecake both which were divine.All in all a fantastic experience for the service and the food, would definitely recommend to others."

"Very nice in this pub. I spoke to some locals and they were very nice and a good laugh. a couple of parts. then we forgot the order. not much a problem as we enjoy the business. the second was when I paid the bill. I got the order without the bill. I asked to see the bill, but the person that served me seemed to think that it was a hindrance and got a bit of an attitude. Apart from these small problems, I would definitely recommend it and would go back. ps. eating was also good."

"Had the lunch there yesterday was packed, but it was a good meal. beautifully strolling through the outside area, so many plants to entice me and I was tried. then I got my free gift worth our visit. we will see Christmas advertisements next month."

"Popped in as my sister has moved here. As its only garden service I didnt see the inside but its location next to a small green and from the outside looks good. Good size garden and car park. Food was limited to a cornish pastie, cheese and biscuits etc. This came in a paper bag which I think is a great idea. I had a steak pastie which was tasty and had quality ingredients, home made. Staff very attentive and chatty. Ill be back this week."

"Terrible customer service, not family friendly, if there is more than 4 of you, you are not aloud to sit together! Being a family of 5 we left before ordering as the service was that terrible, it’s a shame as this cafe would have great potential in the right hands!"
