"I had an employee who recommends this place, and he's literally right next door, so for our 10. Jubilee, I thought why not? My party and I were definitely not disappointed. The food was amazing, our server (Troy) has an excellent personality and has really made us welcome, and the price was not outdated. It's absolutely somewhere I'm coming back!"

"We had a group of 12 on a Thursday night. Service was great. The kitchen was happy to modify the nightly special to be gluten-free for a member of our group with celiac. Being from the Fla panhandle, we are fish snobs and we all agreed the seafood was among the best we've ever had."

"I LOVED the spinach dip! The pita chips took it to another level! I really enjoyed the oysters and being able to try all the different options chargrilled that they offer!! All of them were good! I didn't get Bienville because I already had spinach dip but I would imagine they are just as good. There was live music in the back and the front part of the restaurant was still quiet enough enjoy a nice meal. The service was good and the prices were as you'd expect. Nothing crazy. My husband enjoyed the catfish and shrimp as well as the sweet potato fries. Good for a nice dinner. Portion sizes were adequate. We finished all our food but we were definitely full because of the spinach dip!"

"We missed over 1/2 or order. our driver (posmates) called in addition to us and we called and spoke with the manager at mis padres (where george lopez tacos is from we sent pictures of everything we received the manager. the manager spoke with Postmates/Uber eats we do not get our tortillas, chips, salsa, limettes, avocado creama, or grilled paprika and wobble. plus the drinks weren't right. it should be refunded over $70.00. the payment processed today, for full amount. the refund has not been processed. in the round stealing postmates. they have no customer service if they take money for items and these items are not delivered. if it was only the chips or only the salsa whatever was. we literally didn't get tortillas and we ordered tacos. we should eat meat with our hands?"

"My family I went to try Franks for the first time this past Sunday. Very busy which was nice to see. After 40 minutes, our food arrived. Two of us decided to get the Chicken Fried Steak which was pretty good, however, the mashed potatoes were luke warm and sour tasting and the mac n cheese was still powdery. Another ordered the catfish breakfast which he enjoyed mostly, however for the price of $17.00, the catfish filets could’ve been portioned bigger, it looked as though one filet was split in half so it wasn’t much. Our last person ordered the French toast breakfast which was great! I believe Franks is known for having great breakfasts, from what I’ve heard from others. The menu is so HUGE that it takes away from the focus of providing quality and tasty food. Our server Tiffany was thorough, friendly and offered good recommendations. Hostesses were great also!"
