Where do I start? This is the best restaurant I have been to in a long time. The chef is a genius and the owner is a hero. I very rarely leave negative reviews. To do so I have to have an experience so unpleasant that I feel that others should be warned. The manager at Cafe Capriccio (Carli) gave me such an experience. I made a reservation for 10 people for Tuscan Garden several weeks before my birthday. At that time there were separate reservation systems for Tuscan Garden and Cafe Capriccio.
