Once again, had a great country dinner, Honey fried chicken and fall off the bone ribs, the beginning Cesar salad was great with enough to share for all 3 of us. We ate at a table by the bar area and the 2 man guitarist (steel) played fantastic. Ended dinner with the creme brulee cheesecake, a snifter of sambuca (with the 3 coffee beans) and a cup of coffee. Does this look medium to you? This is what I got even after sending it back to the grill. I’m sure it would have been good if I could eat it. After returning the steak, five minutes later it showed back up at the table and some guy(not even our server) dropped it on our table and not even to the person that ordered it.
