We placed a cake order for my mom’s wedding and they did not deliver the cake as promised in our agreement. They dropped an undecorated cake off at the hotel front desk, which was not the arrangement. The hotel staff did not deliver the cake at all so we did not have a cake for the wedding celebration. Were extremely unhappy with Perfect Blend’s service and their staff are not willing to provide a refund. View all feedback.
