What User doesn't like about Hardee's:
The service was awful. We waited for 20 minutes at the drive-thru for our food. Our fries were cold, and there wasn't even a kids menu available. It seems like they don't care about their customers at all. All they have to do is take the order, make it, put it in a bag, take the money, and give the food. If they can't do that, I'm sure there are plenty of other people who would love to have their job. View all feedback.
