El Chico Cafe - Abilene

What User likes about El Chico Cafe:
This is the most friendly restaurant. Caesar is very welcoming and another woman who said it was her restraunt. The waitress (Juanita, I think) was super sweet and informative about the menu. Free chips and salsa. Sweet tea was a little too sweet, and I'm a southern gal so that's saying something. I added a little water and was good. The food was delicious, fresh and hot. We will be back. What User doesn't like about El Chico Cafe:
The meat was dry and crumbly, the tortillas could not be cut because they broke apart. Nothing was fresh. It was too Spicy. Tasted like a frozen dinner from the grocery store. I ordered online and the delivery driver had to tell me that they did not have the dessert that I ordered. I will never eat at this restaurant /location again. This was the first and last.
