The woman at the counter refused to give me my food. She told me that I need to confirm the order before she gives it to me. I explained to her that I was not a dasher that this was a pick-up order that I payed for. I had to call DoorDash for a refund and they confirmed that only dashers have to confirm orders. This is not the first time she has done this, but the first time she would not give me my food. View all feedback.
