Ordered ahead on mobile app bit found that door was locked when I got to store to pick up. Had to wait in drive thru for my pick up...made me late for work because of 10 minute wait. I purposely do not do drive thru because of wait. The app should have reflected the inability to pick up....not a good practice. View all feedback.
