The patty melt was disappointing. My wife couldn't believe we paid almost $12 for it. It was simply two pieces of sourdough bread with a hamburger patty and cheese. There were hardly any grilled onions on it, and the bread was not even grilled - it was soft and soggy. I am appalled by this lack of quality and consistency.
