I know I review La Cave every year but that is simply because we go there every year when we are in the Gers. It is fantastic value and the food is beautiful and the whole place is family run. This is real French Cooking at its best. The 38 Euro menu includes aperitifs all the wine and Armagnac and would not be available in the UK, if it was it would cost a fortune. Suite au reportage TV, nous sommes allés manger à La Cave et avons pris le menu à 28 euros . On s'attendait à mieux : du réchauffé , du congelé , aucune finesse ni saveur.
