Everything is fresh, even desserts. I went there twice in two weeks at the end of the day and they don't have much left, which is reassuring (they rotate their products and refute the dishes daily), I loved their noodles with shrimp (picture) flat sweet salty and slightly raised, their spring rolls are really good too.
