delivery at a lousy home, after ordering 2 pizzas and 2 puppies and telling us that the order would take 1 hour, bring us the food 2 hours later, the cold pizzas and missing 1 puppy. the puppy that were full sausage with caramelized onion comes only the sausage, when they bring us the second half hour later, the bread without heating and without anything.
