I go to this marvelous place from time to time since I like the ambiance that is part of this place. The team is extremely welcoming and skilfull. The service is extraordinarily efficient. They messed up a computer order. So I had to drive back there to get a replacement sandwich. They did not say I am sorry. When they corrected it they made me pay full price for correcting their mistake. So my 2 for $10 cost me $17.29. They would not even give me the $5 price for the replacement sandwich. WHAT A LOUSY WAY TO TREAT CUSTOMERS. REMEMBER THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS WRONG AT SUBWAY IN WEST ALEX. View all feedback.
