We pulled off the motorway for a coffee and a snack. Having waited well over 10 minutes we had not even been acknowledged. Even if they are busy it costs nothing to at least nod and imply they will be over soon. I'm sure the coffee and food is lovely and we would have liked to have had the chance to try it!
