Mattar's Bistro - Allamuchy

What Doris Costleigh likes about Mattar's Bistro:
Mattar's is a beautiful place to dine in Hackettstown. My friend had salmon and I had the shrimp, scallops and risotto which was superb! Service was excellent and we even got to meet Mr. Mattar. This was my fifth time coming here and every time I have been completely satisfied. We even shared a piece of carrot cake and the next time we go we are hoping that cheesecake is on the menu. What Debbie Reynolds doesn't like about Mattar's Bistro:
I have been here several times and usually have a great meal I decided to bring a group of friends who had never been here before. There was a group of 6 at the table. Service was excellent as usual but for some reason food was not good 2 of us ordered the fillet mignon. One was supposed to be cooked medium rare and the other medium.
