You can't even call the restaurant or order online, you HABEN to use DoorDash or Caviar, which charge it and do not even receive the fee (so why they do that to me). The food takes a while to make and the only way you are not forced to pay extra is when you go to person and wait. Any owner who would choose to do so is probably not a very good decision-maker.
