To my question, do you have a wood-fired or electric oven?? The waiter's response was,,,I don't know, I have to go over there and see!!! We immediately understood why on a Saturday evening at 9pm all the other pizzerias in the vicinity did not have a free table, while their pizzeria was half empty,,,congratulations!!!
