My husband and I were in Prairie Meadows for New Years and we decided to eat breakfast here. We were greeted by an employee who stood behind the baked goods case on their phone who treated us as inconvenience for their mobile phone use. We waited for her to wait for us and all the time she took our order, she had her phone in her hand. This is not a good customer service at all. View all feedback.

Attempted to order breakfast quickly this morning. Explained urgency to server. She was slow, unattentive and truly poor in her customer service. I was so frustrated with her that l didnt eat my breakfast, paid and left. View all feedback.
