Prepaid for pizza with a 33 minute wait time. Showed up 35 minutes later (after calling several times to verify lead time and no answer) to find out they had 5 orders still in front of mine and said it would be almost an hour. To be fair she’s working alone in the kitchen which tells me it’s a leadership problem and we all know it won’t be fixed. View all feedback.
