I've never had a problem before. I ordered a cakeshake, but when I came into the window, the dame tried to give me a chocolate version of the shake, I told her that this is not what I ordered, she insisted that I did, I refused so that she had the shake of mine, I didn't have to upset her, just give me what I ordered.
