Als Student war ich über Weihnachten mal wieder zuhause und bin mit meiner Mutter im Schwanen essen gegangen. Ich hatte das Ochsensteak, meine Mutter die Gänsekeule. Das Steak war perfekt auf Punkt gebraten und von der Qualität so, wie man sich eben ein gutes Stück Fleisch vorstellt.
