I really enjoy Costa Vida, but this location has gotten my salad dressing choice wrong 2 out of the last 3 times I've been there. Today's order had the right dressing on the receipt, but the person putting my order together obviously just assumed I wanted the ranch. For me, the dressing I prefer makes the salad.
