I tried to use a gift card this morning and they told me they don’t accept gift cards because they don’t know how to use it????. I redeemed online and added to the subway card and had the qr bar code and they still said no! I can believe they don’t know how to use a gift card. Employee was very rude and just wanted nothing to do with me and ignored me as I was trying to explain. We never ever come back to this place... View all feedback.
