We had to wait 40 minutes for the food, which meant we missed our onward journey on the train we wanted. The breaded veal schnitzel was almost impossible to eat. The breading was soggy and not crispy. When we wanted to complain to the chef we were told that the chef wasn't there. I had a temp cook! I then wrote a letter to the management.
