We were welcomed warmly when we arrived at the restaurant. We opted to sit at the bar, where the bartender provided excellent service and was very attentive. However, there were some trainees at the bar who seemed bored and unengaged, often yawning. They did not interact with customers much and rarely smiled, unless it was towards a server they knew.
