I always get a terrible service. they always get my order wrong. this time I took the sandwich back, and instead of an apology and tried to correct the problem to prevent future mistakes, I was told that I, the customer, was wrong, did not order it properly, I told the manager that the situation could have been prevented if the worker on the drive thru had repeated my order, but I think that is too much to ask?
