11h not very busy,several tables available and waiter not busy. We waited to be placed, no acknowledgement from the male waiter. Therefore sat down and waited patiently and politely. During that time , the waiter was chatting to the same customer. 15 minutes later, still chatting to the same customer, ignoring everybody else. We left for another place. Disappointing and unprofessional service. We may look like tourists but we are tourists who come several times a year in Annecy for the past thirty years.
