Offer everything and even explain the cook runs a cooking school and is excellent. However Food is at best mediocre and the sushi we had really rubbish (huge ball of sticky rice with a bit of pale fish). The Miso was super salty soy sauce soup. Plus it's all massively overpriced!!!
