What Alethea Meinhart doesn't like about Carl’s Jr.:
This specific restaurant doesn't have hot food. Several times I got a burger that was old and cold, and cold soggy fries. I have complained to the restaurant about this, and from what I can tell, nothing has changed. The patty is dried out from sitting around for God knows how long. It's so cold the cheese was not melted at all. One time I asked them to make it to order, I got hot fries and a cold burger. View all feedback.
