We arrived, two families, and the restaurant was busy. Rocco came out, helped us find a long table. The staff were very helpful and patient, especially with the kids. The best, and probably the only good thing going for this joint is the amazing view if you are lucky enough to snare yourself one if 3 tiny tables outside.
