I ordered takeout a couple of weeks ago on my way home from work. Decided to have a glass of wine at the bar while I waited for my carry out. Bartenders and hosts are very attentive, and Sue and the manager, Chris, really made my night. They were extremely helpful and friendly. I visited the Arlington Heights location for dinner last weekend and our order was messed up. I went specifically to have the Roasted vegetable flatbread and the order was taken down correctly. But! when we received the plate it was a capers flatbread. Clearly the kitchen or the waiter miscommunicated the order.
