Honestly there was a new teenager training, he was very polite and kind. The girl that was training him wasn't that nice but the food was right and it was definitely hot. What Debra W doesn't like about Wendy's:
This restaurant is hardly ever open inside anymore. You have to wait in the drive-through for 20 minutes and give your order before they can even hear you, and you can't see the menu. Tonight, we had to make 4 attempts to get the order right, and they still got one of the drinks wrong. Then to top it off, the reward food item I came for didn't come off the total when it was scanned. They did refund for the item, but... View all feedback.
