Grumpy welcome. Extremely slow and average food. (It was busy) Waitress was working really hard to keep up, she was the bright spot, she gets 5 stars. The window sills are filthy. Maybe just a bad experience. Beware they add 4 percent to charge cards, we probably just missed that and was written somewhere. Service: Dine in View all feedback.
