man and I were one night on the way to the stairs and loved it. if they wish a real taste of old French architecture and wonderful cooking art, they stay here. the auberge and gardens are magical, historical and a firm for the eyes. We were a little disappointed by the meal taken at the manor house of arks. pleasant rustic setting, though a little dark! sitting in front of the fireplace, it wasn't very hot. foie gras insipide and served too cold .cabillaud with correct chorizo , but served with a sauce ready and with the same accompaniments as duck .
